I have a TridentZ F4 3200Mhz DDR4 32gig (4 sticks)
Using a B550F Rog Strix MotherBoard + Ryzen 5 3600

Anyways When looking at Task Manager it says my Mermory is running at 3200MHz (I have XMP enabled)
But when checking CPU-Z NB Frequency is 1596.8MHZ and Dram Frequency at 1596.8 as well. Is this correct? Should it not be 3200? I'm don't really use CPU-Z so I dont know if what it says is correct.

Solution
Yep, that's correct. It should be 1600, as 1600 is half of 3200, and since RAM is called DDR (Double Data Rate), it's actually doubled, which comes down to the 3200 MHz that your ram is rated at while XMP is turned on.

Edit: I just checked myself, and my RAM (Also Trident Z) doesn't always show 1600 MHz, but sometimes shows 1598.6 as well. The only reason I checked is cause I thought it was more stable. I didn't know that it's likely to fluctuate.
