Is this fixable?

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read. I own a Gateway LT2016U notebook. Recently, I tried to turn it on, and I got the green power LED and the wifi LED, and the amber colored battery LED, and nothing else. No display. My fan kicked on for about a second or two. Lights continue to stay on, and when I hold down the power button they shut off. I have tried plugging a monitor in to the VGA port, and it displays nothing. Thanks for reading!

try removing the battery and start it on charger only... also do the reverse (battery only)
Do you hear any beep?
