Question Is this fixable?

I somehow knocked the PL3 off. I don't know anything about it other than PL1 and PL2 are labeled 2R2 633 RDR. Either way, no gaming for the foreseeable future... 😭

If you've got the knocked off components in hand, best source the components off of Aliexpress, outside of that you're going to need a donor board that's an identical card as you have to replace the components.

Is actually 2 questions.

1. It is fixable? Maybe, probably.
2. Can you fix it?

I don't know anything about it other than PL1 and PL2 are labeled 2R2 633 RDR

Given this, the answer to #2 is "probably not"
