Is this gaming build good?

3)MOBO: Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0: Amazon $140(Sale): Purchased.
4)HDD: WDCaviarBlack 1TB 7200rpm: Amazon $85: Not Purchased.
5)Graphics: Gigabyte GTX 760 R2.0: Newegg $260($50 game free): Purchased.
6)Case: Corsair C70 (White/Black): Amazon $120: Purchased.
7)PSU: XFX PRO750W XXX 80Plus Silver: Newegg $110: Purchased.
8)RAM: ADATA XPG v1.0 series 16gb(2x8gb) 1866: FREE
10)OS: Windows 7 HP SP1 64bit OEM: Amazon $91: Not Purchased

Looks cool.
Except i would have preferred an i5 instead of 8320
And the PSU is also a bit overkill
500 would have done the job

If I went an i5 then i wouldnt be able to get the 760, and since this a gaming priority build that would be a bad compromise. I also got the 8320 for $145 instead of $160 so, I saved a little more.
And for my PSU, I got the 750w because I am planning on going SLI later on and I wanted my PSU to last longer for future upgrades aswell.
