It's a good build, though I'd advise changing the motherboard to a 970 one. A good one is the Asus M5A97 R2.0

With that GTX 750 i doubt you'll play most games on high ultra 1080p....

Agree with Makaveli316, High-Ultra at 1366x768 maybe but 1080p I think is more Med-High.
