Is this gaming laptop good to run high end games?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if this laptop is good to run high end games like BF4, Crysis, GTA, DayZ Standalone, Dead Rising, L4D, Arma, and so on. http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/y-series/y510p/ I am only looking at the first two models. I can't go above $879.00. Can this laptop run these games? I don't even mind if I can't run these games on ultra settings. If I can run it on medium settings, I'm fine with that.

You can go with the 2nd one, it has a full HD screen, that is the only difference but it gives you better results. You can play at high settings and you will get good fps. This is considered to be one of the best gaming laptops
