hello is this pc good for playing pc games like tf2 lol and minecraft with high settings? and able to not lag while recording hackers?

Yeah all those games dont require a high end computer so it will be fine. But if you want my two cents, that is not a good deal. You would be spending $850 on a computer with only a $90 video card in it.. You will NOT be running newer games 1080p with that

My max budget is $900 to like $1000 if i have to >.<
and i might build one if all else fails but only if i have to
Also i need my pc to have 3+ usb sorry for le hassle
