I am building a gaming PC that I want to be able to play most games at 1080p 60fps or more. I plan to overclock the i5 to 4.2ghz. How is this build? Any improvements/suggestions? Thanks!

Don't get an X41 - any big air cooler will be much better than that. You should also be getting an i7 if you want to go for a monitor upgrade. I would do this:
