downs - overpriced, psu is probably garbage, questionable quality everywhere else, could get more for your money building your own.

Well, here's what I could build for that price...
Actually a very good value PC since it includes windows.
Again, the only thing I would be concerned about is the power supply.
I suggest getting the build i've listed below and having someone assemble it for $60. Usually pretty cheap, and what I recommend to people buying prebuilts.
If you can spare the extra $20 get the i5 6500, which has about 20% better performance compared to the 6400.

Pros: decent graphics card, nice cpu that can last. ASUS ROG is a good brand. Has Bluetooth and wifi is a pro too. Keyboard and mouse could be a gaming one. I saw similar ASUS items and they all have this gaming keyboard. Not really mechanical.

Cons: Why the case have to tilt up. PSU might be bad but will be fine if no upgrade. I hate red. Sorry. No SSD.
