Change that PSU, CX Corsair is not a great PSU series, I would go for http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr, fully modular and much more reliable unit.

If you are on a budget, I would knock off one of the RAM sticks.

Other than that, I would probably opt for 970 instead of 980, and save the money for an earlier upgrade

Yeah i think it's good to buy sli enable mobo with better psu by reducing ram stick!
Bt still i love to have 980 in it coz that's the best anyone can have which feels good ;-)

Edit:And i would try to go with better cpu.bt i feel it's unnecessary! And I'm on the edge of budget
