Is this gaming temperature normal?

Hey all, i recently got a new rig that consists of a i7 6700k overclocked to 4.6Ghz with a corsair 115i AIO cooler with it's fans set to the silent profile.

I've recently been playing witcher 3 on max settings at 1080p and i've found that my CPU temperature ranges between 60-70 degrees and my water temp seems to hang around the 35 degrees mark.

Are these ok temperatures? i could put the AIO's fan profile back onto balanced but there extreamly loud when used under that profile.

from what i have seen, it seems like 60-70 is a bit hot but not dangerous,now i am not too smart about this but i have been able to lower my temps on my cpu with air by just controlling the fans in the UEFI with a fan curve so when something gets hotter the fans will ramp up accordingly.

Alex... check if your pump speed varies too at the presets... you can also customise via corsair link too atleast I can on my h100i

Pump is currently in quiet mode, it tends to stay at 1920/1950 rpm
