Is this gigabyte motherboard capable of good overclocks on an fx 8350/fx 8320?

I'm torn on whether to go with an fx 8350, fx 8320, or intel i5 4670k processor. Looking to build a nice gaming PC, running all the new games on 1080p resolution. My gpu right now is going to be an r9 270x.

So far most of my build is figured out. My budget is a little tight, so in my situation getting an fx 8320 would save me like $100. Microcenter has a bundle where I can get that and this motherboard for only $214:

Just wanted to know if it is worth getting the fx 8320 and this motherboard over the i5 4670k.
Does the fx 8320 lag that far behind a 4670k in gaming? With this motherboard, could I achieve a good enough overclock to rival the 4670k?

If my PSU even matters, I plan on getting an Antec HCG 620 watt.

That is a decent MB. One of the most popular 990 boards too. But if I were in your shoes, I would get the 4670K and one of the new Z97 boards like this one here.

You can OC the CPU and memory a lot more than with an AMD based system. Intel LGA 1150 socket systems can handle faster memory than an AMD system. Future proof your self. If you can afford it get a 2x8GB kit of 2800MHz memory. Memory that fast cannot be run by an AMD system.

Get an i5 4690k http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117372

It will give you a better overclock performance, and it will generally do better in gaming than the 8350. I am assuming Microcenter will have a bundle soon for the new intel, as they always have intel CPU and motherboard combo sales. You could be fine with the 8320, but the 8350 is the end of the socket line, and the technology used in AM3+ boards is already getting out of date. I am an 8350 owner and I wish I went with intel, because if I ever want to upgrade, I can't. The 8320 will be fine if you want to save the money, but I just wanted to give you a heads up.

The new CPU comes out in 4 days.
