Yes
It is a decent build. It won't run all recent games at Ultra but it should run them all at medium to high (and some on ultra) so long as you keep it clean and don't run too much in the background.

I would recommend this build for esports titles like cs go, league of legends, dota2, owerwtch, etc.

This is very entry level build. It will play games but don't always expect the best framerates/settings. You get what you pay for.
