It's a i7-7700k with a 1080ti, it'll do VR all day long and give back change. You can do VR on an i5 and gtx1060. While the Evga ti is $100 cheaper, I went with the Gigabyte simply because I'm not a fan of blower design reference coolers. It definitely has a bonus in dumping gpu heat out the back end of the case, but that's offset imho by its 2 major design flaws. First is that you have a single squirrel cage blowing air straight down long heat tubing on the heatsink. This means the processor gets cooled first, then that warmer air is finally channeled over the vrms/vram on the back end of the card. This can be detrimental to high usage and/or high OC on the gpu. Second is there's only a few of those heat channels, it's a small area the...

This'll get 4k. And yes, you'll need to add a WiFi card of some sort to get WiFi Internet.

Ok Thx i dont mind if i dont have 4k but will i need a wireless network card?

Thx do you recomend any WIFI card and For my build do i need anything else or is that the complete setup? will i need a sound card? Do i need more fans?

a) It depends on what router your have. If you have an 802.11ac router, then you will want to shell out on a WiFi card supporting that spec. otherwise, I am running on a $30 802.11n WiFi card and it works fine! Just dont buy a USB dongle... they are really bad.
b) No you don't need a sound-card. Even the most basic motherboards these days have perfectly good on-board sound
c) You probably don't need anymore fans, as your case comes with 2 and your cpu cooler comes with 2
As a side note, PLEASE don't buy such an expensive motherboard. Save your money from that and get a 1080 ti or some better monitors.

Ok thx I dont really want a liquid CPU cooler... Do u recomend any CPU coolers that are not liquid cooled? and what typpe of motherboard do u Recomend?

Take a look at the build I posted, tell me what ya think. It's got a good, but cheaper mobo, appropriate psu, even the air cooler is very good, all color coordinated to the case. That build will push 4k fine, it'll not be the best, you'd need sli 1080ti for that, but at 4k,even high settings are marvelous. You do have a little limitation on cooler size, the case will only handle upto 163mm coolers, so the very largest dual 140mm are out of the question, but that cooler will definitely do the job on a respectable OC. The only other air cooler I'd suggest would be the Noctua NH-C14S, which is 142mm or 115mm depending on fan location, but performance is within a few % of the king, the Noctua NH-D15.

Im Planning on doing VR with this, will your build be good enough to record VR?

Second is there's only a few of those heat channels, it's a small area the air is forced down, so care must be taken to regularly clean out those channels as they'll fill with dusy/debris easily and quickly. Maybe 3 issues, the damned fan is loud lol. I much prefer the Arial design, 2x-3x fans and wide open heatsinking as this results in cooler running gpus that have excellent cooling coverage. Downside is the heat is exhausted into the case, but with plenty of decent airflow, that should never be an issue with Pascal cards.

Much depends on your actual software though. If you'll be using Maya or other such, you might be better forgoing the i7/1080ti and looking at a Xeon v5, nvidia p2000 and an Asus WS board instead as you'll get much better results, faster. Pricing might be an issue, not sure. I do know the Xeon build will dust the i7 in 2d/3d CAD applications etc, not sure entirely which direction you need to be going in, workstation or gaming platform, what the software is/does/needs or what emphasis you are majoring in.
