Fair enough, you obviously have the budget for it. But you're not tempted by 970 SLI upfront? I think I might be in your position.

But there's certainly something to be said for going higher tier and avoiding SLI... the long bars on benchmarks can mask the driver hassles and frame latency issues of multi-GPU configs. Either way you'll have a killer build.
All I did was swap out the power supply for one that is a tier higher and is of more reasonable wattage according to this forum: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Other than that this a beast and will chew through your heavy rendering and gaming.

Unless you want to have 3 GTX 980s in SLI, 1000 watts is a bit much. If you do, here is a revised build:

You could save a few hundred dollars without sacrificing much, but I'm not sure if that's a priority for you.

Dropping to an i7-5820K saves a good chunk of cash, and you only lose:
1) 0.2/0.1 Ghz of clock speed - which is basically irrelevant as judging from the cooler you'll be OCing anyway AND
2) 12 PCIe lanes - you'll have 28 lanes instead of 40. Unless you're planning on quad SLI, or want to add multiple controllers, M.2 SSDs, etc, 28 lanes @ PCIe 3.0 is more than enough, even for tri SLI.

You could also drop to a GTX 970 instead of a 980. The price difference between the two is much, much bigger than the performance difference. In fact, if you drop the CPU and GPU down you'd only be about $30 shy of being able to afford a second 970 in SLI for the same price.

Think i'll get 980 cause more shading units but you put me in a bad position thinking between the 5820 or 5930!

And you motherboard master! Think gaming 7 i choose from msi is good cause i cant get more than that
x99 is expensive bruh!
