Solution
I'd make a number of changes (some have been outlined above by others):

1) Absolutely get 2x4GB of RAM.
2) I'd avoid it, honestly, though it could just be paranoia. Get a quality unit from XFX/Seasonic/Corsair.
3) The Titan performs no better than a 780. Get a GTX 780/780Ti instead.
4) Get the 9 series of motherboards (H97/Z97). These should support Broadwell when it releases.
5) Your CPU is an odd choice - if you're going to get a Z series motherboard, get an unlocked CPU, like an i5 4670k or 4690k.

There is no point getting a Z87 motherboard with a locked CPU.

Anyway, yes it would be great for gaming for years to come!

I would Probably get the MSI z97 5 motherboard so that you can then get a devils canyon CPU when they come out at the end of this month, you would be able to OC much better with it. I would also get a i5 4690K when its releases later this month. I would get 8gb or DDR3 ram at 1600Mhz.
