It's currently $884.89 and I'm hoping that for black Friday/cyber Monday I can snatch all this for around $550-$600, what do you guys think?

Solution
Change the power supply and you'll have a good list. The CX line is notorious for failure and not designed to handle enthusiast gaming.

I would suggest the XFX 550W for your build, it is a great power supply made by Seasonic, one of the best power supply manufacturers at the moment:

Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($26.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $26.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Solution
dont need the aftermarket cooler with that cpu, the stock cooler it comes with is plenty. i would use the money saved towards a stronger gpu like gtx 960 or r9 280x. also, the corsair cx power supplies are low quality - go for something from antec, seasonic, xfx, or evga b2/g2
