So currently i have a amd fx 6350 with a amd r9 380 2gb graphics card. I am going to be buying a gtx 1060 6gb for a future build. If i put the gtx in with the fx do you think i will be getting over 60fps. If that works i will be using that for now because i will be buying a ryzen proccesor in 3 months. Do you think thats good for now?

How are your FPS now? If it's low then a new GPU may not give a big bump in FPS (depending on game) and you may want to go Ryzen now and GPU next.

Depends on the game you run, ryzen has huge improvements over the fx series.

I would say that even r9 380 with a decent cpu can handle a variety of aaa titles at 60 fps 1080p with med to high setting, given you don’t go over the 2gb vram.
