is this good for overclocking ? if not

is this ok in non-k intel cpu ? coz im planning to buy this cpu cooler in christmas .? (im not a fan of evo so dont suggest it ! )

Solution
No its performance is almost equivalent to the Intel Box cooler. Its not sufficient for a 'k' Intel CPU.

Caution statement from Noctua on the NH-L9i: http://noctua.at/en/nh-l9i

Caution: The NH-L9i is a highly-compact low-profile quiet cooler designed for use in small form factor cases and HTPC environments. While it provides first rate performance in its class, it is not suitable for overclocking and should be used with care on CPUs with more than 65W TDP (Thermal Design Power). Please consult our TDP guidelines to find out whether the NH-L9i is recommended for your CPU.

If you insist on Noctua , you have :

1-NH-C14s (is comparable to D15s)

http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-c14s/specification

2- NH-U12 s (is 158mm Height , your case is 157mm Height Clearance , it could fit but I am not sure)

http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-u12s/specification

Those are your 2 best Options from Noctua .
