I am thinking to change my order
5 3600x to 7 3700k its 100€ more
because i will stream sometimes. rarely*
I also photoshop and do videos.

Secondly, I am scared because Nvidia has shadowplay --> instant replay
I don't think AMD GPU has that which means I can't do videos.

There's a link in my sig recommending PSUs.

The 2017 Corsair CX/CXm models are the minimum I would go with. Given your new components, I would go higher than that.

A PSU is the lifeblood of your system. That is the one component you do NOT want to cut corners on - a good one will give you many years of safety, a poor one can fail, and possibly take out your expensive components with it.
