I've been looking to upgrade, i've picked out a 3600 to get with a asus prime x570-p and have been trying to work out what memory to buy. At first I was going to just buy the cheapest 3200mhz memory that I could find but I watched a few videos and it seems like I should get something a bit better. Does this look like it would be good or is there something better.

I'm going to basically only use it for gaming.

Solution
Ryzen will always want the fastest memory possible just because it runs best on it. 3200mhz will be great for gaming (more than enough), getting 3600mhz might future proof you(if you plan on doing more with your PC later), while giving you that bit more speed.

Go for the 3200MHz only. After max memory supported the performance start degrading in some applications. According to r5 3600 specs you should go for 3200MHz RAM.
