You may want to get two 2gb sticks of ram for a total of 4gb just to make multitasking easier. And you can get a better power supply for only 2 more pounds. Nice rig on the cheap. It's not that you can't function with 2GB, but I would recommend changing to a dual-channel kit (see below spec). The good thing about Windows 7 and Windows 8 is that they optimize your user experience based on the system resources available to it. For instance, when running on a budget rig with a lower-performance processor and less system memory it will triage some of the Windows Aero effects. It's a cheap upgrade to double your ram and worth it to not have to recycle that kit if you every decide to upgrade.

This, 4GB > 2GB. 2GB is pretty old but it won't be too bad on performance.
