Basically i wondering if this build would be good for gaming and video editing also game devolpment. Could I run bf4 at high or ultra at 45-60fps. Also is the monitor good

yes, but get this psu instead http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 it is much better, and cheaper.
