Is this good

What FPS you will get depends on game, settings and resolution.

Now about your build , go with Intel i5 it performs much better in games and will cost less so something like i5 4460, h97 chipset motherboard and you dont need aftermarket CPU cooler, stock is fine. But stock cooler may bother you if you will play for long amount of time it can get a bit loud after few hours of constant gaming.

For RAM you can go with cheaper ram and get dual channel kit

i would change the HDD, for 7200rpm one like WD blue or Segate barracuda

You can get GTX 960 2gb for way less

Any PSU you picked is low quality, get Tier 1 or 2 - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For the price of your PCpartpicker build i would get...
