Is this good?

1) That CPU is a waste of money if you are only going to do mild overclocking - Asrock has technology to overclock locked Skylake CPUs. Even without overclocking, it is a beast.
2) NO! DO NOT BUY CX Series power supplies! They use low quality capacitors and are likely to fail. It is not recommended that you put CX power supplies under full load or overclock anything while using one.
This power supply is much better quality: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze

I use a CX power supply and it has worked fine for over a year?

However I see what you mean. If you are overclocking I wouldn't recommend it either.

Thanks for the advice, but I'd much rather buy an unlocked cpu then try and unlock a locked one. I do plan on overclocking especially with all the new games so I found these two psu's.

1)EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold
2)EVGA 750W 80+ Gold

Will I need the extra watts or should I save my money. Also I'm unsure on how to tell if a psu will fit in a case. Which dimensions should I look at to tell?

Is the Nzxt S340 better than the Nzxt H440?

Is water cooling better than a fan and are they hard to manage?
