Solution
Yes it can do what you want.

Don't think it can actually do GTAV ultra, but high yes.

One problem is the PSU isn't meant for high end gaming/overclocking even with it's high wattage, so that may be a concern/problem source if you get performance issues/stuttering/fps drops.

120GB SSD is painfully small, that'll only really hold like Windows, CS:GO, LoL and GTAV or TF2, but not both.

I'd feel more comfortable at like 450-500 USD, but 550-600 AUD or CAD may be fair.
Most of the parts are good and it will run the games as you want. However, there's a lot uneccessary expenses:

1. The PSU is overkill for the 970, the 980Ti can run on a quality 550W PSU so you might as well get a cheaper one unless that one you're getting is on a discount of some sort.

2. You don't need such an expensive motherboard, it's overkill. Same for that CPU, it's not bad but considering you can get newer CPUs at a lower price, why not go with it.

3. For the price of the total build(which I'm assuming is high), getting a 120 GB SSD is a joke. You could get 250 GB with that much money if invested where it should.

4. Yes, Windows 10 is powerful but, the Home version doesn't allow you to disable automatic updates. So you won't be able to do anything while Microsoft uses your net and you can't do online gaming properly unless you have a fast internet connection or you get the Pro version, which is, not cheap at all. I would suggest getting Windows 7.

Thank you all! But like i showed this pc configuratuon because my Dads friend is selling it for 600 but for my dad he is going to do for 550 so i want to know if it is worth buying it? And if some one can tell if it would run like CS:GO on ultra with out lagging and if it would run GTA V on ultra with out lagging
