It doesn't matter if it's Intel or AMD. It's all about what's under the lid. I do not know your definition of "good." Will it run? Yes. Will it run the latest games? No. Can it run older games? Probably. But what are you trying to accomplish?
Side note: If you didn't want to start a fanboy fight..you still mentioned NVIDIA, and I love my AMD products (just kidding, I have a 1060).
I have an AMD A6-3620 2.2GHZ QUAD CORE (You all better not start a fight) with that graphics card now im looking to run arma 3 on low atleast and games like garrys mod at high will it reach my goal.

That said, you do have an older system all the way through. It's not going to do well in many modern titles, even if you're looking at playing simpler stuff like Rocket League or CSGO. I would recommend moving up to a DDR4 platform. AMD or Intel, at this point both companies have fantastic offerings
