Yes I figured that.

The problem is, a lot of people swear by Seasonic as the one and only brand, when it seems all brands have a budget, mid range and high performance category.

My current XFX unit was supposed to be good at the time, but now I am reading that XFX are a pile of junk and hence why my PC is restarting whilst gaming.

I've found this more "gamer oriented" looking version for a similar price, although it is 520 watts. Hopefully it will be enough for my Core i5 4670k+ Nvidia GTX 760 OC edition.

Edit: A quick Google finds this thread which tells me that the above PSU IS a quality unit. So I'll take that to replace my crummy XFX which looks like I was mistaken in buying.

It's annoying because my current XFX unit is working other than causing restarts whilst gaming. It seems a waste, I wonder if there are ways to extract more out of it until it "dies properly" so to speak!

XFX Pro 650w core edition. Purchased back in 2013, so six years old. Intermittent gaming use, I go for months not gaming during the summer due to IRL activities.

So for it to fail is pretty damn crummy at best.

Edit: I purchased this pile of junk based on reviews like this

Go and see my thread about the issue which is causing me to replace this PSU

Edit: It also seems that XFX have pulled out of the UK, in just six years. That is very poor customer service IMHAO.
