not gonna work, sorry.
that motherboard is for 6th and 7th generation CPUS, the CPU you chose is an 8th generation and will need a different/newer chipset to work. RAM, CPU and GPU look fine. but that motherboard will not do the job with that CPU. you would need a 3xx series board for that CPU and preferably a board that will let you overclock the unlocked CPU.

Go Ryzen 3600. That i3 being quad core is already a problem.

you can do better on the CPU front. this mobo and CPU costs less than the intel and has triple the threads. I picked this set of RAM as it works with my ASRock b450m-pro4 f.
this system is more balanced and would be my choice.
