Is This GPU Fake Or What

So i was looking for a new gpu and came across this seller who is selling a gtx 770 for 90$. the average price is 200$ for a used gtx 770 in my country so i was wondering if this is real or a fake rebranded gpu. the reviews seems to be okay and he seems to have a good seller rating.
Please give this seller a visit and see if this is real and advise me accordingly.

Absolute fake , for starters only has a single 6 pin power plug - its probably a 660 really.

what people do is they take cheap crappy gpus and put coolers on them to make it look like a good card. then they hack the BIOS to make it SAY its a gtx 770 so in this case if you put the card in your system it would identify as a 770 but perform like the card it really is which most of the time is a piece of crap
