Is this GPU the Galax GTX 970 EXOC? The page just says that it is the Black Edition V2...
I want the EXOC because apparently it has no coil whine...

You haven't linked to anything, but there are 2 versions of the EXOC, the standard EXOC and then there's the black edition with black PCB, shroud and backplate, it also has a slightly higher clockspeed.
