Is this gpu to strong for my build? Recommendations PLEASE! :)

Hey, just wondering wheather or not, that gpu has a little to much power for the rest of my computer specs

Not to concerned about psu, dvd drive, and harddrive because I'm gonna most likely reuse my old ones

Are there any psu's you recommend in particular just in case?

A Bronze series or up, from a known brand, 600W would be a best bet. Like Seasonic, Corsair, be quiet!, CoolerMaster, etc.
