Question Is this GPU worth getting?

I've been looking around and I've found an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT Red Devil graphics card at a local sale. Now I've been told that it's a decent card to use, is that true?

What are you currently working with? Would be good to mention the games you'd like to tax the GPU/system with and the resolution at which you'd like to tax the GPU with. Make and model of the PSU and it's age?

I'm still using the Dell Optiplex 745.
I don't necessarily use any super hardware reliant apps or games besides google, GTA 4, and PZ at 1920x1080.
I would have to get a new PSU, the one I have now doesn't have ports for any GPU.
Not to mention I'll probably have to gat a whole new system to use the new GPU but I was planning on it anyway.

Then design the new system all at once, to whatever budget you have.
