Is this graphic card compatible with my motherboard?

Hi, I'm using an Intel DG41RQ motherboard. I currently own a nVidia GeForce 9400 GT graphic card and I'm planning to upgrade it to this:
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 1GB 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

I checked a few thing like the port compatibility and I found out I had PCI Express x16 port with which the card is compatible with.
But I'm not sure how to find out power suppy/PSU compatibility. Please help.

What PSU are you running? You should select the GTX 750 because it uses much less energy than the GTX 650.

I just opened my cabinet to have a look. It says 450W. Is that the PSU? I'm sorry, I don't know.
GTX 650 is already a little over my budget of $125, so I can't think of 750.

I was browsing under ZOTAC cards. I was informed by a friend that ZOTACs are better. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It says I need PCI express 3.0
But my motherboard's (Intel DG41RQ) specification says:
• Support for PCI* Local Bus Specification Revision 2.3
• Support for PCI Express* Revision 1.1

I'm new to this, please help. I appreciate it.

It should be backwards compatible with PCI-E 2.0 and 1.1.

Your friend is probably telling you that just by personal preference. EVGA and ASUS are the best. But then again its IMO.
