Is this graphic card good enough to power a Ryzen 5 1600?

I don't ever play game and don't care about them...

However I use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop do graphic design and I might want to watch movies on my smart TV and youtube vids.

Is this graphic card enough?

1600 can handle 1080ti with ease, this is a piece of cake. I don't recommend this, only two monitors. Get GTX 1050 + or RX 460+

I mean will things diplay good enough for me, will it be about the same quality as the stock Intel HD630 that comes with an i5 8400 or an i5 7400?

What is stock Intel integrated graphics good enough for? Any benchmarks to measure that? I've always been curious about that, good enough graphics for me is Vectrex and 1984 Sony Trinitron, not picky, can even watch 70s movies, don't care or need HD TV😉
