Is this graphics card compatible with my motherboard?

Hi,

I am currently using a gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P motherboard alongside a MSI Geforce 560Ti graphics card.
My graphics card is giving way already so I would like to get a new one for my computer. However I have no idea if it is compatible with my motherboard.
Currently considering the Palit Geforce GTX 760 Jetstream for my computer.
My budget is $200.

Can anyone offer me some advice and suggestions please?

The motherboard has PCI-E x16 gen 2.0 slots at least , so you re fine . PCI-E is backward compatible thus all gen 3.0 cards work in PCI-E gen 2.0 slots
