Is this graphics card compatible?

Im trying to get a xfx radeon HD 6570 2gb as an upgrade for my comp.

My comp specs are:
amd Phenom X4 9500 quad-core
8gb DDR2
400 watt psu

My graphics card is a integrated ATI Radeon HD 3200

Would the xfx radeon hd 6570 be safe to install into my computer? If I need a new psu, how much watts should I get?
