is this graphics card good at all?

Was wondering if the 2GB AMD Radeon R7 250 Graphics was good for entry level? I need a graphics card and was wondering if I should get this. Don't need to play on ultra but low and medium settings and on some occasions high. THANKS!

The "50" represents about midway in the series. So, it's not that good of a gaming card. But it should be able to play most games at lower video settings.

The R7 250 is a great entry level card in my opinion.
