Is this graphics card good?

I'm new to pc gaming and the pc I'm getting has a AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB Video Card. Like I said I'm new to pc gaming so I have no clue what any of that means. Will this card be good enough to get over 30fps on all modern games or should I replace this card? I don't know if this matters at all but the system is Intel Core i5-7400 3.0GHz.

Yes it's a decent card and will get you the FPS you want. i5 7400 is also a great match for the card.
