Is this graphics card good ?

Im planning to buy a new pc,
i5 8th gen with 8gb ram and 120gb SSD,1TB HDD

Should i go with Asus Rog Strix 4gb 1050ti for 240$ or Sapphire Radeon RX 570 8GB for 450$.

Purchasing a graphics card for 450$ is not very expensive for me, as its just LKR.75000

What i want is will it be worthy pairing it with i5 8th gen and can i play fortnite in epic settings and cs go on ultra settings ?

I'm buying this pc for mainly playing games which are fortnite and cs go.

You can also look out for 1060 and rx580.

1060 is 500$+ which is LKR 75000+ for me, kinda expensive mate.
