I would like to know if SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7790 1GB GDDR5 Graphics Card is compatible with those components.

Solution
Hmmm, perhaps prices adjusted then, and are where they should be?
Boost starts at $140: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162132 (and also has a $10 MIR if you play that game and win).
HD7790 starts at $125: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202029 (also with a $10 MIR).
If it were me, I'd try to come up with the $15 difference, but then most of my games are older, and play well even on a HD7770. Also, "Medium" settings are a lot better than they used to be.
Yes, it is. For around the same price, check out the somewhat stronger GTX650Ti Boost Edition. When comparing these two cards, HardOCP concluded that the HD7790 would provide a good experience with modern games on mostly Medium settings, whereas the GTX650Ti Boost could provide a good experience on mostly High settings.

650ti boost costs more :/
