Is this GTX 1080 good/ worth it?

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC GV-N1080WF3OC-8GD Graphics Cards (B01IR6LMLO)

this is currently the cheapest GTX 1080 on amazon. Is there any known problems with this version of the GTX 1080? Or any reason I should not buy this version and switch to another one?

I do not want to spend the extra money for a 1080 Ti as i do not care for 4k, even though i run dual monitors in HD

nah really if it is the cheapest, get it. the cooler on that card is pretty good, and that is really all that matters on a pascal card. the best PCB does next to nothing, so just look for a good cooler.
