is this gtx 660m normal ?

so i'm going to buy a laptop with gtx660m on it, then i look at the picture and it's look like this.
is it normal or it has a problem ?

I think some softwares are missing. Like Direct x (latest) or installed wrong drivers.

Fresh install OS and check FPS in games like in GTA V or like that.

sorry i'm late , Update: just got a laptop with 755m instead for same price
