Is this GTX 970 brand good?

I'm kinda desperate for a new gpu so im probably going to pick one up tomorrow (or wait a bit longer if any of you have a good reason to). Since the 970 is demanding, every brand i know is either sold out or on online stores (which i cant currently order from atm).

I'm currently looking at the PNY as my main reach, its close to where i live and it doesnt cost much (does anyone have experience with this card? Is the brand good?). There is also the EVGA ACX2.0 which i heard had heatsink misalignment. Another is the GIGABYTE 4GD which is 12.2" long and i will be measuring my case soon. Anything else is usually gone or i have to drive across the country to get.

Im also gunna mention that the GIGABYTE brand is about an forty min. drive from my house, if that is gunalna help opinions, if at all.

Gigabyte and EVGA have the best raw performance. ASUS is well-built and the quietest. MSI is well-balanced.
