Is this H60 CPU cooler installed wonky?

I installed a Corsair H60 water cooler many months ago, and from the start have been concerned that the 'pump' area on the CPU is wonky. The clip at the top of the CPU socket just doesn't seem to align correctly.

So the question is simply, is this installed correctly?

maybe the backplate is loose tighten it and tighten the screws and should be okay. If it boots fine now itll be fine.
