This hard drive should be fine. There isn't really any compatibility issues when it comes to hard drives and motherboards as hard drives are just for storage.
But if your considering a raid configuration then you may need too look at compatibilities depending on the raid.

I run the exact same hard drive in my rig and I have no issues.
