I'm planning to upgrade to a 10 TB hard drive internal one. Thing is...i can't find anywhere for a 10TB hard drive that is WD blue or Black...and the same for even Seagate barracuda 8 tb as its not available anywhere.

The closest i got to 10tb is WD ultrastar is that drive ideal for my needs which is video editing, recording footage and just...storing in general?

Which model exactly? Can you provide link to the product?
WD Utrastar is enterprise grade high performance series. One of the best available. Very good.
Not as good as SSD (of course).

This is the photo the seller gave

Here's the amazon link for the drive..atleast for 8TB...

Is it ideal to use an enterprise drive for basic things?

I don't know where you're shopping, but Newegg and Amazon (both US) have multiple drives in 8-10-12TB. WD, Seagate, Toshiba...

Well I'm from India...and this is the best they have for internal storage...

Don't know..I have to ask the seller. And I need to register the warranty once I buy it.

I'm guessing from it being sealed, its new.
I'm guessing that many many people have a device that can 'reseal' a bag like that.

Since you can see the S/N, you can probably check the warranty status at WD, before you buy.

(assuming the physical drive inside that bag is the same)

I got this...(assuming the S/N is the serial number to be inputted)

...looks like I'm in a dilemma...either I have to ask my brother to get 10TB internal from his place and send it to me..or I live with the storage I'm stuck with....

Now it says its in limited warranty
So, the 5 year warranty started on Apr 27 2022.
Which indicates a used device.

Further:
https://support-en.wd.com/app/Warranty_Policy
"No limited warranty is provided by WD unless your WD Product ("Product") was purchased from an authorized distributor or authorized reseller."

So unless he is an "authorized reseller", you get NO warranty.
