Is this Hardrive failing? 2 SMART warnings.

I have received a laptop to fix that is running slow and what I see is the disk is always at high usage (90% - 100%) at all times. The computer has tried multiple times to do a disk check after rebooting but always stops at 60% and I have left it for 24 hours to no avail. I used CrystalDiskInfo and it gives two warnings:

Yeah, you can double check with the HD makers software, but I would think it drive is toast for the most part.

8 relocated sectors would not be critical, but 2000 pending sectors (hex 7D0) definitely indicate a problem.
Those pending sectors need to be resolved. Only then you can decide, if it's worth to keep using the drive or replacement is necessary.

Use mhdd scan with relocate option to resolve pending sectors.
