Is This Hardware failure???

Ok so a month ago my laptop was fine. I havent used it since till this week because of a broken charger. When i start up my laptop its all fine, until 30-40 minutes or an hour. Everything starts to not respond.
I installed a new driver, my display adapter is Intel hd graphics 3000.
Is something in my laptop misplace? Or my laptop is soon to be broken?

p.s i am still able to move my mouse, but nothing else will respond. So i have to power off my laptop.

Run checkdisk on the hdd (right click on c in explorer / properties / tools) and take a look in windows event viewer and look for errors, like timeouts and i/o errors or any other entries that look promising.

I believe it has somthing to do with my hardware 0. I did the scan so many times. And it still occurs, My laptop got slower aswell. While i am playing call of duty usally get 45-59 frames, now i get 5-19...
