Is the sapphire version good to go for? and is this the correct 7770 i should be looking for ?

Yes sapphire hd 7770 is very good for gaming.please tell your whole pc specs and max resolution.

It's ok, but i recommend to you VAPOR-X. It costs a little bit higher. Or Gigabyte 7770 OC which is cost same as Sapphire. Why VAPOR-X? Because it has higher clocks and core additionaly can be overclocked for 10%.

You system is good.hd 7770 is good for your pc.just make sure your psu has 6pin connector for hd 7770.

I don't have any preference. I currently just have a 7 year old monitor. Will be getting a
19" HD monitor. So Just the highest settings i can get im guessing.

19inch means 1400*900 so for that res hd 7770 is more enough for that.you can play at high with hd 7770.

7770 from Sapphire will be nice choice. Previously i thought to buy it but i chose Gigabyte 7770 OC.

Yep, Sapphire is ok. Gigabyte is a little bit better, in my country there is almost no difference in price within Sapphire and Gigabyte, don't know how in your's.

The gigabyte doesnt have crossfire?. Is this going ti be much of an issue. I wouldve thought the more expensive of the range who have this feature

Crossfire make sense if you buy 2 cards at one time. If you want to improve your system after 2-3 years, better to buy 1 new card.
